The system features a heavy-duty cyclone with replaceable ceramic liners and ceramic inlet, providing exceptional wear resistance and extended service life under abrasive drilling conditions. Customers can choose between a fully adjustable cone splitter, allowing sample collection between 0% and 15%, or a three-tier riffler splitter, delivering consistent representative sample division for geological analysis. Pneumatically operated dump doors, inspection access, and integrated sample storage further enhance operational efficiency and simplify maintenance.

To create a cleaner and safer working environment, the THOR RC Sampling System can be equipped with an integrated Dust Extraction System featuring a high-capacity extraction fan, replaceable filter elements, and an automatic pulse-cleaning system. Available as arm-mounted or trailer-mounted configurations, the complete system integrates seamlessly with THOR Reverse Circulation drill rigs and other compatible drilling equipment, providing reliable performance for mineral exploration, grade control, and resource definition drilling programmes.
